Yesterday was probably one of the best days I've had all year. Yea, that's a big title to give away but yesterday most definitely deserves it. I had off work, got all my holiday shopping done, got a great haircut (and therefore no longer look like the bumble) and met a really cool guy at Walgreens in the toy aisle...now if things were to actually work out between us our story would dominate "the best way you met someone" category. Of course I'm trying not to get my hopes up, but yea they're already up...damn being a hopeless romantic. Gets ya every time.
Yesterday I was also exposed to this video, , which I have watched four times already and it cracks me up every single time. Real life is the best source of humor, I swear.
Today I'm at work trying to avoid the GI plague that is STILL going around the building, oy. Then I have to work my second holiday job and go to a holiday shindig which should be fun. Tomorrow I may be working again but am definitely traveling and going out for the night with friends. Also exciting. I hope/plan to make this weekend a celebration of the end of my first semester of grad school...whoop!
